Shipping and Returns

HOW WILL MY MAT BE PACKAGED?
Our mats are rolled and shipped in cardboard boxes.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

  • If you live locally in Whistler, BC, we provide free local delivery. Simply choose the "Local Delivery" shipping option upon checkout and provide your phone number and any delivery instructions. You will be notified by email or text message with further instructions. Delivery will be made between 1-2 business days. 
  • All yoga mat orders in Canada are subject to a $10 shipping fee. All tote bag orders are free shipping. At this time we are not shipping outside of Canada.

CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?
We do not exchange products or provide refunds simply because you change your mind or made a mistake with your order. We do however exchange faulty products if the following conditions are met:
– Contact must be made within 7 days of delivery date
– Return or exchange items must be sent back within 14 days of delivery date

DAMAGED / FAULTY GOODS
Damaged / faulty items must be returned in their original condition with all their accompanying accessories. In the unlikely event you have received an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
